ONLINE ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday thru Friday via UPS.  Please find our shipping costs:

At this time, we only ship to the United States.

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. 

Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped same day.  Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are glad to accept online returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.  All goods must be returned in original, unused, and resalable condition along with a copy of your original invoice. 

In order to return merchandise you purchased online, please email us at info@alex-mill.com with your invoice number, a list of item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.  Upon receipt of a return authorization from Alex Mill, please send the items to:

Please note all sale items are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on apothecary or undergarments.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of online returns and exchanges. We cannot assume responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit.  We recommend using a courier service that provides tracking information to avoid delays.

If the above terms and conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged for orders that ship within the state of New York at the local tax rate. We do not charge sales tax for out of state shipments.

All orders submitted are encrypted using industry standard 128 bit encryption technology to ensure your transactions are processed safely.
